“Spy Hunter” Composer Ryan Shore Interview

The Weekly Comet hosts Tamara Conniff & Jonathan McHugh welcome Grammy-nominated composer Ryan Shore, who talks about his latest project – the score to action-driven combat driving video game “Spy Hunter.”

Shore received a 2012 Grammy Award nomination for best soundtrack score for “The Shrine.”

He graduated in 1996 from the Berklee College of Music on a full scholarship and began his career working for his uncle, Academy Award-winning composer Howard Shore, on films including “Analyze This,” “The Game,” “Dogma,” “Cop Land,” “Gloria” and “eXistenZ.”

Ryan Shore’s recent scores include “Prime,” “Harvard Man,” “Numb,” “The Girl Next Door” and “Cabin Fever 2.”

He has also played saxophone with artists including Matchbox Twenty.
