RECIPE: Choc-Avo Mousse (4 servings)

1/2 cup reduced fat coconut milk
1/2 cup avocado, halved & peeled
6 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
3 tbsp agave nectar
1 pinch sea salt
1. Puree the whole mixture in a food processor until creamy and smooth.
